Slightly Human is the trade name of my good friend Vince Whiteman. He does outstanding work in video production and motion graphics, and we’ve been bouncing ideas off of one another for close to a decade. It’s always great fun working with Vince, as our visual styles have developed side by side. For his logo we wanted something very simple and understated, to stand out in an industry crowded with up-and-comers and in your face branding.

I created this for the 2012 Ontario Wake Awards (with the help of a lot of awesome friends) for the people that work so hard to see the sport we all love grow, who created a home away from home for kids like myself, who’s passion for wakeboarding has created an amazing province-wide community and helped build life long friendships and shape some of the best wakeboarders and wakeskaters in the country. This is one big THANK YOU to show how much we all appreciate what they do.
